Damien has personally completed over 500 assignments throughout his career. He has built a database of over 40,000 professionals within the industry, including company owners, CEO’s and Principals of global, regional and local companies, both listed and private. It is testament to Damien’s talent and experience that he continues to enjoy a close business relationship with all his clients. 

 

Following a successful recruitment career with a global market leader (Spring Group), he set up a boutique recruitment firm in the city of London where he built up a lucrative and highly successful recruitment business with a loyal portfolio of clients throughout the UK & Europe.

Embracing his love of travel, architecture and luxury hotels, he decided to expand his company overseas to new territories including Asia, the Middle East and Europe.
